I am a Business Analyst and Product Owner with experience delivering digital transformation, process improvement and product initiatives across healthcare, compliance, education technology, automation and operational environments.
My work focuses on understanding business problems, uncovering user needs and translating both into clear requirements, process designs, user stories and delivery-ready solutions. I have experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, producing business analysis artefacts, managing Agile delivery activities and supporting product development from discovery through implementation.
